I've got 2 250GX devices. I used the failover wizard to create the failover pair, but the backup unit does not have the clusters that are defined on the primary device. The primary device shows both peers, so I'm assuming they can communicate with each other. The backup shows the primary peer, too. The devices have IP addresses of 10.10.6.64 & 10.10.6.65, with an alias of 10.10.6.63. I can connect to all 3 IP addresses, and when connecting to the alias I am connected to the primary unit.
Not sure what I did wrong - got any suggestions? |

Hello SLowry and thanks for the question,
Do you have any clusters configured? If not please try adding a cluster with a server and test again. |

Please send back up files from both units. We would like to see how they are configured.

| For the forum readers. One peer was missing the failover IP's under the parameters tab. Once these IP's were configured, the backup assumed a backup role. |
