I would like to achieve VRRP based LB based on IP & ports (with Envoy) -GSLB between 2 sites for SNMP and port specific Network element in 3 Vlans sending data into 2 datacenters represented as Server Farm 1 & 2
Can u please indicate what needs to be done here .

Thank you for your post. I want to make sure I understand what you are trying to accomplish. The Equalizer does not use VRRP as a "failover" protocol, we use our own specific failover protocol. From your diagram it looks as if you want to have a "master" (we call it primary) Equalizer and a "slave" (secondary or backup) Equalizer.
The DGS-3627 L3 switches you have suport VRRP as I can see in the Dlink Manual. Thus you would configure the Equalizer for failover as described in our user guide, and the default gateway of both Equalizers would be the Virtual Router IP address of one of your routers.
also the servers behind the Equalizer would use the internal faiover IP address of the Equalizer as their default gateway.
With what I describe above there is no need for Envoy.
If on the other hand if you want to use two independent Equalizers that are not using failover and are in different subnets I would require a network diagram with IP addresses, IP gateways, and IP subnets for each device to guide you on how to configure the two equalizers.
